'Josephine' Limited Edition Print
This is one of only fifty limited edition approximately A1 (76cm x 56.5cm) deckled edge, giclee prints, printed on Aquarelle Watercolour, 100% cotton paper by Arches. All personally numbered and signed by loutheartist. Sold float mounted in a white box frame. Frame size approximately 63cm x 84cm.
A picture of many colours, ‘Josephine’ is the first piece of artwork, in the series entitled ‘Sweetie’ presented by Lou.
This gloriously, multi-coloured work, has been printed on Arches 310 gsm Aquarelle watercolour paper and the 'foil' section has been given a sealing varnish, then textured gloss layer. This fine art finishing has given these limited edition prints the feel of the original artwork.
The original foils used were colourful melange of used wrappers from Quality Street, Roses, Munchies, Rolo, Polo, Trebor Softmint, Ferrero Rocher, Galaxy and Aero. Some foils were saved from vintage bars which now no longer use foil in their packaging.
