Sold including the bespoke 76cm x 76cm (approx) aluminium frame, which is fitted with the artwork mounted on perspex and protected with anti-reflective, water white, UV protective clear glass. Please note this frame has a clear border.
With love in her heart and heart in her name, loutheartist, this new series of works brings together Lou's lifelong love of fashion and romance.
Continuing with collage work, yet looking to contrast the end result, Lou is working with her extensive collection of magazines. Carefully selected hand torn strips from each page form a record of each issue. The colours, designs, faces, words, people and places that once formed the magazine are transformed into a heart shaped artwork.
Produced on deckled edge Arches 100% cotton, 640gsm, cold pressed Aquarelle Watercolour paper.
